Roger who is a music sound engineers swears by his macs...(He has 3) One of these I started to use 4 years ago after only being on PC's. I did n not really find the change all that difficult...... I do know that we need bigger more High Powered computers to do what we do...no matter what brand.

I think having both covers all your basis though. This not just a Politically Correct statement. I love working on Roger's Mac and some people say my stuff comes up faster. I do however find it frustrating that I can't play the video games that I have voiced because they don't work on a mac.....I also miss hearing voices from any country in the world in the yahoo chat rooms.... Ironically my yahoo messenger works on the mac...just not the chat room....go figure......I will say the lack of viruses is nice though....

My big question is what is the most silent laptop on the market?????
