At the risk of bragging, this was too cool to keep to myself. Last week I auditioned for three gigs, and got all three! Three consecutive wins. That's the best I've done on Voice 123 ever. Especially since I've had nothing for about two months.

Nice pipes, Brice! Congrats! I think I like the "volunteer" tone the best. You remind of someone but I can't put my finger on it... but I'm sure it's someone great.
Hope you find continued success!

Well, I don't think he sounds anything like me.
You do sound great though Brice. Way to knock em all out of the park!

Three for Three has got to be some kind of record around these parts! When you figure out what your secret of success is, be sure to share it with all of us. Just don't tell the powers that be at V123. They probably have rules against booking too many jobs. Y'know, in fairness to the voiceover community and all. Seriously though, congratulations on your good fortune!

I just got a fourth, although there were about five in between that are floating out there. I'm thinking that it might be that I've finally gotten the hang of my equipment. Over the past year, I've added a Behringer XENYX 1204FX USB mixer and a MXL 3000 microphone and I'm sure that each one of those upgrades included a period where you had to get used to the new sound and learn how to get the most out of it.
I knew the new mic was sensitive when my cat laid under it and I could hear her purr through the headphones, even though she was five and a half feet under it. With that kind of sensitivity, mic placement, breath control and projection all had to be relearned. But I guess it's paid off.
