In January i did this months free trial of V123 to see if I liked it. In the end I decided not to subscribe as the character jobs I am most suited for don't come up that often.
4 months later I get an e-mail booking me for a series of e-learning presentations on the European Union that I auditioned for just for the experience. This was my 6th audition EVER and I was still learning to use my microphone as you can hear from the clip below.
Hopefully I have improved since then! But hey, even if I don't like it they do and that is all that matters right?

Hah, what do you know, right?
Reminds me of that time I got booked directly through TOS, without even being a paying subscriber....
Well done, Jenna, congratulations!

Well no wonder, Jenna.
With a crystal-clear, Diana Riggs-ish voice like that....
Well done, and hearty congrats.
Voice On!

Sounds great Jenna... no surprise why they chose you.
Minor mic problems are, well, minor.

Your voice is so sweet and smooth Deby. Your accent in this has a South African twang to me which I have always found a very difficult accent to do.
It seems to be harder for Americans to do British accents than it is for British people to do American ones... maybe it is cos we have so many US TV shows here now!

Thanks Jenna,
Hmmmm???? Never heard that before.....I think Texas and England are just a strange mix. The "Texas & Florida" must be what the twang is about. (It gets worse if I'm singing country music)
I've never been to Africa...south or north.....nor have I studied it. Although I have studied a Georgia Lilt. So I'm thinking that it's just the mix of where I've lived....I suppose it's an odd combo.
Come to think of it.......Vivian Leigh was criticized because she still had a tad bit of her English accent in Gone With the Wind.....but in the case of Scarlet....I actually think her british sound in the mix is more "magical" or interesting than if she had totally mastered the Georgia accent alone....and I can't imagine anyone else doing it now... ofcourse Great acting and a great script can make an audience very generous of flaws.....
Anyway thanks for posting and keep up the good work.
