Welcome aboard, Mike. I was just in Balmor while on vacation but unfortunately didn't spend any real time there. Nice airport though.
I briefly met up with a guy at a station there that I do work for on occasion (95.1 WRBS). The fam and I spent an evening before our return flight at a Quality Inn (I guess I should have asked what kind of quality before I booked the room... yikes!) And then we ordered Domino's Pizza and it took them 90 minutes to deiliver! But I won't hold it against you or the city.
I'll have to get to the harbor next time... I hear it's great. _________________ Dave DeAndrea

Hey, Mike; welcome to the phonetic fray.
Aside from living in Baltimore, you seem to have some good stuff going there. In the spirit of a warm welcome, might I suggest that your site sales pitch ("I'm cheap!") is kind'a incongrous with your high-reaching promo demo.
TSN, 60 Minutes, Discover Channel et al don't worry about cheap, so it trumps your demo. If that's going to be your professional motto (and it might work, but won't win you many friends here), then your demo should extoll Bill's Used Tire Store, Pokey's Pawn Shop, or Typhoid Escorts.
Still, my welcome's no less sincere.

Welcome aboard!
I spent 5 yrs in Baltimore in the 90's. Great city, awesome harbor, and delicious crabs! Now I'm craving summer.... _________________ AllisonScussel@comcast.net |

Robert you are so funny...... Why not Shifty's 99c mystery Burgers too......LOL....... I have to agree...Your resume makes you sound like a rank amature that I don't want to bother listening to......Your demo makes me think that you've been in Radio for a few years....
Have fun in Baltimore! |
