You sound Amazing for the amount of training you have. You mentioned earlier about Branding yourself. Working in radio the one thing I learned about branding is, it takes time so be patient. If you are looking for a Great cost effective Graphic Designer to brand yourself you could consider your local art schools in town. They are full of up and coming talent. Remember Demos are subjective but I believe it's your uniqueness that will people over.Once you get your foot in the door skies the limit...up up and away.
