I got an e-mail today informing me I had been chosen for the Mesa Garage Door spot. Trouble is, I have absolutely no recollection of doing the demo so I had to write back to the agency guy and ask him to remind me when I did the audition (so I could go back and see what price I quoted) and which service I had auditioned through (it was Voice123).
They're sending me a revised script tonight. That ought to finally jog my memory. Embarassed

First of all, Lee: Congrats!

Next: don't be embarrassed at all! I cannot tell you HOW MANY times I've done exactly what you had to do. I simply tell the client that I submit so many auditions each day that they all run together. I have yet to ever have a client have a problem with that. I've even had to have the client occasionally send me back MY audition to jog my mind as to the style and pacing of delivery, if it was so long ago that I deleted that audition off my hard drive, which I tend to do after about 3-4 months.

Lee, it's the things I do remember that frighten me.

Congratulations!

Good for you, Lee!

Don't fret about not remembering them, they remembered you and that's what counts!
