The old saying "you never get a second chance to make a first impression" is particularly appropriate.
In the fiercely competitive market for voice over work your demo simply does not stand up. I believe you have something to offer the market but your demo is not you at your best.
Opening - I lost the first few words. As for the remaining portion to which I listened, it just sort of blurred into one.
Seek out around 50 female voice over demo's. Don't use Voice123 to find your examples, listen to agency demos. Every time you listen to a demo, listen again to yours. It's not about how good you are, it's about how good your demo sounds.

| I have to agree. "I hate writing resumes" I'm not even sure what your trying to sell on that spot. You have to at least find a product. Perhaps Monster.com?
