Hey, all--Just wanted to throw my howdy into the ring!
I tell ya, I've been doing VO here in Hollywooooood for over a decade and the work that I've generated in the last 9 months, thanks to this site and my home studio, has really breathed new life into my work.

It's also nice that things are finally heating up in the women's voice-room. For the longest time, I thought there were only four women Voice123 voicers.

Great demo, nice variety, good pacing, great production, good stuff. I can't think of a thing to add other than welcome and best of luck, although with your obvious talent I don't think you'll need to rely on too much luck.

A large part of the usefulness of this board is how we can help each other get better.

As to why Stephanie might want a critique, I suspect she has sought out many. You don't get that good without always trying to get better.

I have found that the critiques here are usually right in line with the quality of the demo.

For instance, on mine...which are rough and amateurish, I got feedback at that level. But for other high quality demos, the critique has involved suggestions to make small changes.

I know that the "great ones" are always trying to get better, learning new techniques, tweaking their demos, etc... It is what makes them great.

I am still way down the food chain in this business, but I have been up near the top in other industries and I know how I got and stayed there.

Really glad to have you around Stephanie, you set a good example for us.

Hi everyone
I just wanted to say "goddag" from Copenhagen in Denmark! I am a British English voicey and have been a V123 member for nearly 2 years now. I suppose I'm not really a big blogger (sounds rude) but having just read a load of threads, I see I could be missing out!
Anyway - this is a great site and I can honestly say I get at least 50% of my work from it Laughing

Now I've gone all shy and can't think of a thing to write, so I'll sign off here and hand back to you professional bloggers!
