demos...again

Anyone,
My problem is fixed concerning listening to my demo, but I still have the problem listening to other demos. Some play immediately, some count up the seconds, then play, which is fine with me, but the most frustrating is when I click the play button and the word "loading" appears, and nothing happens. After two or three minutes of this I click stop and move on.
My computer is only a year old, and has 1.5 gig of RAM. I'm using Windows Media Player (as my default player) set to auto detect protocols, and play all file types. My recording software is Sound Forge 9, which should have no bearing on what demos play or not. My firewall never alerts while on the V-123 site, and my computer has no viruses.
Any help would be appreciated.

I always say - restart your computer. If that doesn't work, erase your browser history, cookies, etc. That usually clears up any problems I am having... HTH!

I took a quick glance at the page source for the demo players and it looks like they are written in java.

You are able to VIEW the player but it just doesn't load for you sometimes. I would recommend installing the latest version of java to see if that fixes it.

You mentioned windows media player so I'm assuming you are running windows. You can download the latest java version by clicking on this link.

Install it, restart your web browser (or computer if it prompts you to) and tell me if that fixes it.
