I find standing works better for me. In my case, it helps me keep good posture which results in better lung capacity and better use of my diaphragm. I guess you have to find whatever works for you.

Hi, hey I stand up for reasons stated above. To the other jock, micheal(?), yapping on air ain't delivering copy, get my drift? When I was on-air and doing a particularly exciting and hilarious bit that I wrote, I tended to, literally, sit on the edge of my seat! Not something I recommend.

Just an aside. Jacob, I love you, man, but has anyone noticed that his native language sounds ALOT like back-masking? Not trying to be naughty for any reason but when I listen I feel like at any moment I'm gonna hear, "Paul is dead"!

Oh yeah, I wanted to comment on this lady'd lungs and I'm only on this earth because my mother's diaphram failed! Spot on!
