Organization Software - Would Love Your Feedback

Hello:

My name is Chris Hodges and our company produces the software called protalentPERFORMER, "The Total Career Organizer for Performers".

I have spoken and met with Alex Torrenegra and he gave me the okay to contact you on the message boards to ask you the following:

I would like to know if you are interested in a version of protalentPERFORMER geared SPECIFICALLY for voice over artists. You should think of it as a cross between QuickBooks and Act since it would include the following:

1) Contact Management
2) Automatic Follow Up Reminders
3) Audition and Booked Job Tracking
4) Income/Expenses
5) Scheduled/Recurring Transactions
6) Calendar
7) Invoicing with PDF generation and the ability to charge for studio time
8 ) PDA/Smartphone companion - (BlackBerry, PalmOS, WinMobile)

sounds like a great tool.
personally, here's what I'm finding hard to keep track of and would like to have a software to help me manage:

Companies I've auditioned for, name of the contact, when and what sample I sent and what was the result.

Companies I've worked for, name of the contact, which job and in what time frame I got paid (if I had to send several reminders etc...)

Blacklisted companies (ie: the ones that have not paid me or not paid friends of mine)

Companies I've sent a marketing package to, when, what was the result

I'd need a efficient way to keep track of invoices paid and unpaid, maybe an automatic way to send reminders every month

I find all of this difficult to keep track because I have so many clients and so many invoices that to do everything by memory is too challenging.
When someone calls me, it would be great to be able to find all the info about the company in a couple of clicks.

actually, would you consider a combi version for actors/voice-overs? I could do with more organization on the acting side of things too.

Also you asked about a combi version for actors/voice-overs. That is exactly what our product, protalentPERFORMER is right now. It has been available for the past 2 1/2 years for Mac,Windows,PalmOS and Windows Mobile.

have you got a trial version? I'd quite like to see exactly how it works before spending the money.
It doesn't look like it's got the invoice tracking system in, and that's the thing I'm the most interested in.

And no protalentPERFORMER does not have the invoice tracking system. That is one of the biggest features that would differentiate protalentPERFORMER from the software that I am proposing to do for voice actors.
