| How many of you out there have done sports PA Announcing in your career?.. I've done AA Baseball, and AHL Hockey, but never a major league game..(I hear they pay pretty good) |

I've announced for ECHL hockey, several racing venues and was the emcee for Jimmie Johnson's NASCAR team for their Team Lowe's Racing Fan Experience at many of their races.
Yeah, the minor league stuff is pretty low paying, at least hockey was. I made more in ONE WEEKEND at the Bristol raceway than what can be earned for whole minor league hockey season.
I love live events. I feel I am at my best and most entertaining when I have to come up with stuff at the spur of the moment. I prepare very little and rely on quick wit. Luck works too.
