Hmmm,

Got this information when checking one of my leads. Clicking on "contact us" brought me forward to to a page with the following options: "Resource Center" (...), Email (...), Live Chat Support (I'm living on the other side of the planet...) and: VOICEOVERSAVVY.COM!!!

But the TalkBack forum is locked... Am I missing something here (or over there?) Why do I get SmartCast invitations like "Norwegian VO needed", "Person VO needed"...

...

Welcome back aboard, Thomas. Now, since you're here, grab a bucket and start baling! Smile

Well...because a Norwegian VO is needed, Thomas.
(Obviously not that badly, however, because mine wasn't even opened. SmartCast obviously found dozens of other native Norwegian speakers - Rajiv and Mr. Thomas, probably - who are now sharing akvavit and a hearty luttefisk with the seekers.)

Don't be so bitter.

(And methinks you meant bailing, Mr. T, unless there's an overabundance of hay in you vessel.)

Stemmer Paa!

I see, Robert, but the thing is that I'm not speaking Norwegian - the word "Norwegian" isn't even mentioned on my personal voice123 listing. But I get leads asking for "Norwegian", "Persian", "Hindu" andidontknowwhat... why?

Oh, by the way: Do you know the difference between a can of luttefisk and SmartCast? Luttefisk is smarter - on the other hand, there is none, 'cause they both smell a little bit rotten...

Cheers

Dammit! I just learned how to spell "locquacious". Now, I have to correct "bailing"?

Nevertheless, Thomas, grab a bucket and start doing that (bailing)! Smile

(P.S. to Robert: They're lookin' for you over at Chit Chat and, boy, are you in Dutch now!)

Ronald,

You crack me up! Laughing

Thomas,

Boy, you caught on quick about "it-which-must-not-be-named", but don't be negative about it or you'll get in trouble. Silenced

Robert,

Colin is looking for you in Chit Chat. Arrow

Am I being congenial enough? Shocked
