After feedback re: my demo, I've really only got about 3 or 4 spots that represent my best work so far. They are 30 second voice overs. Could I just use them in their entirety, the demo would be two minutes? Or maybe the best half of each one for a 1 minute demo?

Two minutes is running into eternity time for a demo, Hail.
I suggest trimming each enough to bring it in at a maximum of 1:20 or so.
If you want to, post the spots here and you'll get plenty advice on how to tailor them down to 4 times 18.

Guaranteed.

Trim On!

You're right, girls.
But stop calling him Max.

(I think he has a temper...)

always leave 'em wanting more!! mine's about 1:14. i could probably cut it down even more if i had to, but man it's hard to make sure i have a good variety of styles.

but more important than time is to make sure your best stuff is first. on the producer side of things, i rarely ever listen to a demo all the way through. usually after about 15 seconds i know if i like the voice or not.
