Marsha:
Took a bit of sleuthing to track down the spots you invited a listen to, but I did and I had.
Firstly, I suggest you take out the list of clients on your V123 site. Makes you look...I don't know....sort of high-school yearbook-y.
Simply cite "dozens of organizations, churches, and charities across the U.S." or something.
Secondly, ditch the Project demo. It is way to shouty and uneven. Trust me.
The Genuine Care spot is the you that will eventually have clients stampeding to your mic. It is lovely, musical, and soothing.
Incidentally, remove the Genuine Care without music demo, since that makes it seem like you don't have much to put up there.
Instead, record some more (short and sweet) demos that reflect the soft, powerful passion you can deliver, and add those to your site.
Excitable shrill just don't do you.
You have a singular, musical sound. Feel the words; smooth it out; be the text.
You'll be fine.
Voice On!
