HI Guys,
I've been referred for a television network imaging position on a network... that's on cable and satellite services.. (non union) I have no idea what a monthly retainer to bid for it. Any ideas? I've only done small radio stations for imaging... never a TV Network.

Thanks!

Julie:
I suppose I'm too late chipping in here, and you've already made your pitch.
Still, I'll weigh in.
You don't mention market size, but I would make it a percentage of your studio/production fee. That is, if you've charged $400 for the work, run a 75% monthly retainer.
Well done; congrats.
