I could use some help finding the right high quality soundcard for my PC XP with Behringer Autocom PRO-XL 1600 (Audio INterface Dynamics Processor) and Behrnger Eurorack UB 802, AKG C4500 B-BC mic and AKG M80 headphones.

I'm set up but very noisy. Would I be better off buying an upgraded computer, would it include a high grade soundcard? I want to be able to record at home and submit as a quality audition or finished product.
Any suggestions that would be really good for my set-up? Thank you so much.
