I am using a:
XENYX 1204FX Mixer
ATH-M30 HeadPhones
Audio-Technica AT3035 Cardioid Condenser Microphone
The computer is a Windows XP system Dell XPS 710 with a:
SB-XFI Soundcard
I have installed the usb driver for the U-Control UCA 200 that uses RCA cables into the mixer then USB to the Computer.
Power Sound Editor
Adobe Audition
Will not detect the driver. I see the driver in the device manager under USB devices.
I can hear myself from the board over the mic into my headphones. However it will not feed into the computer at all! I tested the Soundcard with a cheap headset Mic and it will feed fine into the software.
I am trying to get my demos recorded and this is what is holding me back. Help Please?????????

| Okay, The USB Behringer drivers show up in sound setup of Adobe Audition. But yet I have no recording feedback into the system. Also, The Sound settings in the control panel will only show Bluetooth device and my sound card for playback or recording. Sigh |

well after looking at it. I am going to remove the mixer from the equiation and get converters for the mic and headphones.

Thanks guys. It seems the mixer was just a bad choice. I have a Digidesign Mbox that is taking its place and should have to begun with. lol Live and learn.
