You've got a nice friendly voice -- perfect for teaching. I have a couple of observations from a quick listen you might want to look at. First, in the eLearning work I've done, there has never been a music background added to the final product. The sampling rate on eLearning modules is so low that there would be no "room" for music. So I'm not sure, if I'm looking at you from a hiring standpoint, that I want to hear clips with background music. I want to hear how well you enunciate, while still sounding warm and friendly; how deliberate you can be without dragging; how clean and free of extraneous mouth noise your production. I'm thinking background music on every clip might mask those mechanics. Secondly, there were a couple of clips where either unexpected prononciation or background level (not sure which) made understanding you difficult: "forward facing" in the child restraint clip sounded like "forward pacing"; where you're talking about a medical procedure with a needle..I think you may have been saying "draw up" but it sounded just like "gob" to me; also sounds like you drop the "/k/" at the end of "technique" altogether; right after that was what I think was the word "vocabulary" -- it sounded like you were saying "vaw" (rhymes with raw) instead of "vo" (with a long o sound) or "vuh" (with the schwa); and I believe the long breath after "webinar" could be shortened a bit. I think your last clip was the best by far. Really nice. Just my $.02
