Hi, Dave. It's Ok technically. I have to say, though, there's nothing on there that makes me go WOW!

Your deadpan reads sound tentative. The first clip could have had a bit more sarcasm to it, but even if you were going to hang on to deadpan, you just really needed to push it -- be more of a character. What you miss (in most of what you've shown here, at least) is the ability to nuance. I don't hear an actor, I hear a reader. The problem is, most of those spots required a bit more acting.

On a bright note, I thought your Visa read was by far the best and the demo didn't really gel for me 'til then. That's your sweet spot right now, I think. And the Kit Kat was nice -- your tentativeness was actually quite cute there.

Note on the Canadian pronounciation of "about" -- learn how to pronounce that American and you'll expand your North American marketability a bit.

You could benefit perhaps from some script interp within an acting class that is not geared toward the VO business and some improv. As always, this is just my opinion.
