Thank you for taking the time to write to us and also letting us know about these issues. We always verify the clients' information in the best possible way. Some times they do not provide us with a phone number, so there is no way to call. However, all of the postings are possible jobs, we do not want to make you lose a booking.
It is easier for you to gather the missing information and get the job, because you will get in touch with the client, so you can ask for more details about him and his business.
The disclaimer sound like a great idea too, it will help clients avoid using recordings and our system wrongly, or recordings without the voice talent permission.
