Visibility of Lead Identification Numbers

Hi Every one!

I wondered if any one else has the problem of getting a private lead in response to a general lead audition and not being able to tell which initial lead audition led to the private lead?

I was wondering if the Voice123 team could send a link with the private leads to allow us to see which general lead it generated from?

It would also be nice also if the ID numbers were visible on the title bar so they could be visible with out opening up each lead to find the number.

Thanks. I'd be glad to hear how you manage this. I'm fairly new so I may be missing something. Smile

Sabrina - you're not missing anything - I went through that process yesterday trying to find the original demo - it was weeks ago. I trust this is one of the things the V123 team is working on.

Thanks for letting me know that. Not knowing what I did to get a Private lead, sometimes drives me crazy when I have to look through all of the old general leads trying to figure it out.

The issue with the lead numbers soon will be corrected. Voice123 V 2.0 comes with a few upgrades to the messaging system that will help us track the information easier.

It’ll be here pretty soon.

If in the meantime you need information from a prior lead, feel free to contact customer service, they will gladly give you a hand.
