I think what Chris means is...
That is a very difficult question to answer without having a LOT more information about your studio, microphone, voice, type of project, etc.
It's kinda like asking "What color should I paint my car?"
There is no easy answer to this one. Bottom line is you need to experiment with settings and use your ears. Record yourself while making adjustments and hear what those adjustments do. Start with one control at a time, say the LF EQ.
Sorry I live in LA, or I'd be happy to make a visit to your studio and walk you through your equipment and find settings that best work for your situation.
