| What is the best recomendation to recieve your project on i.e. MP3, CD, Wave, etc if you need to transfer it to your phone line for voicemail? I appreciate any feedback. Thanx. |

I have wondered about the best option for voicemail greeting transfers also. Hopefully someone will have some input. Perhaps this would also be a good question for the geek section.

Hi Julee and Mike,
A phone patch is a good way to have the message called in / delivered directly into your phone message system. The message and background music etc.. can be pre-approved by you before it is called in too, Mp3s work well. The talent needs to be trusted with your passwords/numbers to access the system.
If you have a digital phone system you may need to check the type of files it requires then have the talent make the appropriate files and email Mp3s etc., to you.
