Curious what people think of this one. The project called for samples of music, and for the voice to sound like a typical helicopter radio news report.

Well, Frank, it's really hard to get past the weak production. You open with some really overpowering music and then the chopper part is SO low we have to crank it WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY up to hear it, then you slam us with some elevator music at the end. So you've already got two strikes against you with poor production.

But I"ll try to move past that and give you something that may help you, although again it's hard with an audition like this that entails an unusual character delivery. And the EQ is SOOOOOOO extreme that's just hard to really hear what's going on. Your delivery isn't bad, but darn it's hard to hear.

I'm going to attach my own audition for that one so you can hear the difference in - if nothing else - FX and production volume.

I think my read was great, but the production sucked.

Your read was great, and the production was professional. I understand who is more likely to get the job.

Thanks for the feedback and advice. Your honest critique is worth a fortune.

I would've liked to hear more excitement.. I felt there was a little bit of "fear" in the reads.
