I did the narration for this video about a nonprofit program. It's not a studio recording and I had no input / insight into the level of engineering done on the sound.
I would love your candid feedback, on any aspect of the voice over. Have at it!

Sounds pretty good for not having been done in a studio, Heather. Your read is fresh, approachable and emotionally even -- perfect for the recruitment demographic. Good job!

I LOVED THIS!!!
Heather, I'm a fan of documentaries, anyway, but this was lovely! So sweet and well-done! And your narration was SUPERB! I actually envy you since I'm dying to do stuff like this! I'd urge everyone to click this link and watch the whole thing.
Your narration was absolutely wonderful.
(One 'ewwww!' moment, though: "Welcome to Worm day"???? ugh!)
Matter 'o' fact, I'm going to make it EASY for folks to watch this:

Hi Heather...great work. Your tone is excellent for this piece and you really convey the mission(s) of the project.
To give some constructive criticism, you tend to over pronounce things, especially at the end of phrases and sentences. You don't need to - you sound great.

Thanks for the excellent, very specific feedback. It really helps me. I think I have a tendency to over-enunciate in general, and by the time I get to the end of a tricky phrase it is even more apparent.
I am half-British, and sometimes it's hard for me to sound perfectly American. Words like "twenty" - I pronounce the second "t" very clearly, whereas the American pronunciation tends to be much softer.
I think sometimes this may actually help me, when they are looking for a slightly more formal tone. But I am working on being able to control it better.

Being a mostly lurking newbie at this point, no directive feedback other than to say great work. Very well done, my guess would have been you had been at this for a long while with respect to the youthful age I suspect from the read. My guess is if your stuff gets in front of the right folks you may do very well with this over time. Good luck!
