Hi!

I have been in radio a long time so like others I've read about on this forum I probably need some voice lessons. Thanks for letting me know what you think.

You're awesome, sure wish you worked in my building
Great delivery, great technique, not much regionality (twang, northerness, if that makes sense). Overall, I'd hire you in a second
but thats just me. Welcome to the forum and best of luck in 08'

Kind Regards
Scott

Four clips don't show a lot. The length is right, but the clips are too long on the front end and back. In fact, the first and last clips aren't very good. Sound very "hi, I'm an announcer and I'm going to read now". I'd lose them altogether. The second clip is much better...more natural. And the little midwestern wife seems to be a real-sounding character. Your edits are a little rough, too. So more clips, more natural, more variety, more personality; each clip shorter and complete clips edited very tightly....NO FADES IN BETWEEN CLIPS.

As for lessons? I'd suggest an improv class. Start there and loosen yourself (and your voice) up.
