I get these different threads mixed up... I don't know if simply posting a read here implies that the VO wants a critique of it... but since that seems to be what usually happens (and I'm feeling unusually opinionated tonight) here's my two cents.

There's no question that your voice is fantastic... but if the intent of the seeker was to have something that sounded like the original sound of the tv show intro (and I believe it was), it was way off. The delivery timing was off... the effects were superfluous and it was the wrong music bed. But who knows? They may hear it and decide that they like your interpretation better.

I truly respect your talent... it just didn't seem to be what they had asked for. I didn't try out for this one, and I don't feel like I could have done any better... just sharing my initial thoughts.

Nice job on the Matrix. I tried it as well...

I agree with you on the Keanu part... it's hard to not make him sound like the "Bill & Ted" Keanu!
