Another Jingle Job in the bag

I got another jingle job! If this keeps up I'm going to have to quit doing massages and give up chocolate flavored yogurt. I also found out that although Hall's menthol cough drops clear the nose they can make my mouth a bit "smacky". Frank's Original Hot Sauce opens up the nasal passages and there is no mouth smacking......but be careful.....sometimes it splatters when you open it, and hurts like hell when you get it in your eye. Yell

They sent me all 3 parts and the background music so it was kind of like paint by number. They said they wanted an Amy Grant sound. I think the low notes sound a bit like Amy. The high ones sound more like Marcia Brady. Confused

Anyway I sent them the parts separately so they could blend as they like. Here is Roger's blend. This has been my best paying jingle job so far. strichauge

One of jingle clients writes songs and sent me an email asking me how much I would charge to record one of his songs. Anyone know what the going rate on something like that is? Shocked

Got a phone call today. The guy who hired me loved my work....but said the carpet guys decided not to pay him so.....I don't get paid either. He said he still wanted to pay me to sing his song though.......Another words he wants to pay me half the price for a longer recording. It's a good thing I like the song.
