I know nothing of jingle production, but you have a sweet voice and the happy nursery jingle made me warm and smiley: "no need to toil....potting soil". Fun with dipthongs!

Seriously, if you own that music, I'd look at syndicating that jingle since nurseries tend to be independent. In middle TN nurseries are big business and they do lots of radio/TV advertising. It would be easy to customize. Just something to think about if you haven't already.

Thanks Melba. If you can sell my plant jingle I will customize it and give you 15%! I realize the lyrics are a bit silly, but I do think it's cute. It was actually the first jingle I ever did.

Well Scott G. gave me this......

I've decided to write the cartoon musical Holly and the Hurricane. That means that I'm changing Daphany's owners name to Holly. I haven't decided if it should be a half hour or and hour or maybe even two hours long. I know one of the male characters will be Carl the Coast Guard guy. I don't know how big the part will be but, I do know he will say something like this "I'm sorry Mam, but we don't have enough room for your dog..Your going to have to leave her behind." "No mam, no pets aloud! That's my orders."

If anyone would like to audition for this part please do. If I can sell it you will get paid. Right now it is a job on spec. The good news is that this thread has been rather popular Very Happy

...Ok before the Hurricane comes Daphany keeps hiding a bone buried in her yard. Another dog keeps stealing it though. This dog has only 3 legs but none the less he manages to steal the bone. Daphany decides that she will bury the bone farther from the house. She ends up burying the bone in a cemetery. After she does so she hears a very old woman singing. Her ears perk up and after looking for a bit she sees a sweet old widow who has brought a box to her dead husband's grave site....What could be in the box, She ponders...

Here's one I might add to my jingles demo if I ever re do it. Both Dave and Sid wanted to hear it so.....here it is. Roger got out his keyboard for me.....such a rare event.....I don't know why he's so stingy with letting me use it.
