I landed this job last week. What's the average amount of auditions you send out compared to how many jobs you land? I just began with Voice123 at the end of October and have sent out several audition (probably too many) and this is the only gig so far. I'd appreciate some perspective those of you who have been with V123 for awhile.

For most of us it's anywhere from about 60 auditions up to over 100 to land a job.

I suspect though, after hearing your demos on the other thread, for you it'll be more like 1 gig for every 2 auditions sent out.

I find that I land one gig for about every 100-120 auditions I submit. Some of the more talented individuals have a somewhat better ratio. Meanwhile, over at Voices dot com, I have submitted around 200 auditions with a couple of inquiries but as yet no firm offers. Other people have reported better success over there than here. Bottom line: it's a crap shoot.
