Not been posting here much... guess I don't brag enough, I dunno... but Ember's makin' me!!!! Smile

I love reading about everyone's glory, but don't like talking about my own so much.

This morning I woke up to a confirmation from a private lead that I received last week. Recorded the job this afternoon and sent it to the contact. It's just for an apartment complex... however, Colin, you'll get a kick out of this... it's at OSU!!! I told the woman who contacted me not to tell the client that I am a Gator. Smile

They wanted a "collegiate" sound.

Also, I didn't mention this before, but I landed a gig at voices-com... the one that went "See Jack. See Jack's cell phone bill. Jack doesn't like his cell phone bill." My name's up in lights there today!

I also have some great gigs in the hopper, waiting on client decisions... so, this has been a great week!!! Here's to next week being even greater... for everyone!!!

Aw, that's so cool, Caryn! Man, you deserve it! And yes, you NEED to brag because it's encouraging to others here to know that the jobs ARE being awarded!

voices-com, eh? I've about given up on them. I can't tell you the last time I submitted over there. Glad to hear SOMEBODY'S having some luck with them!

Thanks Scott!!!! Yeah, I don't land much over at TOS. This was my first SurePay gig too. Which, I was slightly annoyed that I got dinged for the PayPal fees. But whatever...

Ok, seriously, not trying to boast here... but I do have to share...

As I was in my studio tonight doing the aud for the private lead I received earlier, another job came in.

The stars must be aligned... elchgrin

(I don't know what this little image is exactly, but he looks happy!)

Now, let us all keep in mind that I had a pretty dry September. Spent much of my time prospecting. Actually, I auditioned lots in September... I dunno... maybe they're all from that.
