More VO talent - Why?

I wholeheartedly agree. When I can offer helpful advice to someone I do and will continue to do so. I'm not however going to go over to my next door neighbors house and tell him he's got a great voice and start teaching him how to get into the voiceover business......lol

Oh, I don't know. I've helped my neighbors with computers and other stuff and they put in the electrical circuits that drive my basement studio for free. (Other than parts of course.}
