Great, great show, Thom; I miss it muchly. Deadwood resurrected the Western, of which I was overly fond as a lad.
I like imaging the Cartwright boys prancing into Swearinger's saloon:
"Nice purple jacket, pretty boy."
"Nice hat, Porky"
"Oooh...look at all the chest hair on the tough guy in black."
They'd be in the pig swill about seven minutes later.
Note: This is not a threadjack. The above was posted only as a prelude to me pointing out that there's no dead wood at this forum.
Thank You.

I liked them both. The first one is more relaxing. The second one is more cute. I think my vampire audition is way better than my Wyoming thing. Since I'm from Texas, CA, FL, and England I'm not sure what people from Wyoming sound like. I'm happy they gave me such a good rating though. I wonder whether a girl or a guy booked the job?
Musicians!!!! There is money in it for anyone who can give me some accompaniment on this jingle. I got the job, but they keep changing what they want it to sound like.

I did a re-do of 'super fruit'...could someone tell me if it sounds different, better ,worse than the first one posted on the last page? I'd sure appreciate the input...I'm trying to figure the audio stuff out..thanks
Marilyn,
I took a listen to both, The 2nd cut sounds like it has more mids around 4k and sounds better to me than the first. Listen to the word years though....it almost sounds like yearsth..... that could be a couple of things....if you are using a De esser you may have the threshold set to high....and if you are gating background noise you may have the threshold set to high there. Not knowing what you use makes it hard to determine. Colin would be able to help yo more.
