Colin -- I've been meaning to ask you, have you ever submitted a demo and have the seeker come back to you and say "I really don't think we can use you for this project, but who's that woman at the end of your demo?"

That hasn't happened yet but I'm sure it will. It would be just fine and I wouldn't be at all surprised.
The only thing so far that we've done together that sold was radio for SanDiego.com. (It's buried in DoD somewhere.)

Well.....not by name, but it was obvious she was saying hi to ME! hahahahahaha...Cira!...that is such wonderful news and I'm not the least bit surprised....I'm sure this will become common for you. And did I mention I'm pretty sure she said hi to me once?! Woohoo! You're awesome...and we all know already what I think of that voice of yours. sigh

Cira, I have no idea whatsoever what "Lane Bryant" is, but I can tell from all the excitement it's something BIG! So congrats to you, love!!! Would love to be able to hear it (or see it - is it a TV-spot??)
Lots of great news on the forums recently; you getting this, September getting the MTV-gig.... THE SAVVY-GIRLS RULE!!

Jacob, thanks so much! (it's v/o for a :60 tv spot). Funny you should say that. Lane Bryant is big.....in more ways than one! It's a clothing store/catalog for LARGE SIZE ladies!

A friend told me the other day that Lane Bryant is a "Limited" company. They are based in my home city here in Columbus, Ohio. Owned by a local rich man.... Les Wexner (sp.)
