Hi all,

Just checked out the Simpsons Soundalike Challenge Finalists over on voices-com, and wanted to congratulate Kara and Brad, amongst others, for making the top 3 in their respective categories!! Cool

On lower note... here's one today for Suicide Prevention. The radio spot is for 2 young adult women talking - I felt a little schizophrenic talking to myself.. Any of you other ladies do this one? It would be fun to combine (contrasting) voices.

Maggie, David - thanks for the ego boost. I guess it might have helped my case if I'd stuck to the one character - but then I wouldn't have had a chance to show off, and frankly that's just not me! Wink

Maggie - I thought your acting skills were very convincing in that piece, but the voices sounded a little too similar at times...

Anyway, in a bid to get this Simpsons-mania out of my system for a while (at least for a couple of days), I'll bid you all good night with an updated version of one of my old musical numbers - 'Oh, Mr Burns...' (Apologies to those who might have heard the original before. Rolling Eyes

)

Thank you guys for the kind words! What a fun contest the Simpson sound-a-like is! I just listened to all the entries and was laughing outloud!

Rajiv- they need a montage category- that was phenomenal!

Maggie- nice teen read! I was out of town last week hiking Mt Mitchell, so I missed the chance to audition.
