For all you pro's, I was wondering:
At this point in your career, which brings you the most work? Internet, Agent, Word-of-mouth, Website, or other?
Thank you! _________________ Kim White |

Kim,
Interesting question. Here's my list...
1. Repeat business from existing clients.
2. Word of mouth.
3. Agents.
4. Internet sites.
5. Website, and other. _________________ Be well,

1- repeats from existing clients
2- agents (in $ but not in number of jobs)
3- internet (lots of them, but not as well paid as jobs I get through my agents) |

1 -Existing clients
2 -Recommendations
3 -Agent
4 -Own Website
5 -Miscellaneous riff-raff
I've been getting a number of major TV commercials lately. This follows a post card campaign. The cards landed on the desks of a number of marketing directors, it read "Philip Banks - voice over. He knows where you live and where your children go to school!" _________________ British voice over www.philipbanks.co.uk

Philip,
So, the blackmail campaign is paying off nicely, then, huh? _________________ Be well,

Working like a charm! I'll be doing a TV commercial tomorrow that will not only result in a modest fee but also a delivery of cheese. Needless to say the ad is for a dairy, the third largest producer of cheese in the UK. I am a huge fan of this brand so my waistline is likely to be expanding when it should be contracting. Oooooooh the trails of life as a voice over. _________________ British voice over www.philipbanks.co.uk

I don't think I really get work from my web site...but it's what potential clients use to determine whether or not they think I can do the job for them. No one's ever said they found me on a google search.

I am starting to get some real business finally and it's a combination of Internet and repeat business and that's about it.
If I were able to go full time, I'd have the time to do some "real world" marketing but for now, the Internet is the kindling. _________________ www.ColinCampbellVoice.com
