ok, here is my demo saved from my copy of the original talent agency CD.

If this sounds better to you all, I did find someone who has access to a DAT player that can burn a clean CD for me.

DAW = Digital Audio Workstation. Basically, the computer, software, and peripherals a professional VO uses to do her thang. Cool

I think you need a clean master for duplication if you're going to send hard copies out. You could burn a CD with that and listen to it on awesome speakers and determine whether it's good enough or not. I would certainly change the demo on your V123 site asap!

I just have to say I am so relieved for you Heather. It's a super demo and I apologize for the disparaging remarks and assumptions I made about the studio. You must be having a much better day all of the sudden! Very Happy

Thanks Amy!!! No problem. I just glad i wasn't, hmmm how shall I say it ...... screwed with out even being kissed! It was done at one of the better studio's in the city!!

Yes, I am no longer on the verge of tears (I was trying so hard not to be sterotypically girlie) LOL I am smiling again and relieved!!! Now, I feel comfortable getting my web site done and loaded.

To bad my voice123 subscription expires tomorrow..........oh well. I think I will be off to the other site!

Heather I own a web design company... and the MOST IMPORTANT thing about having a website is so people who don't know about the services or products you offer are able to find you. Website optimization is king... because I don't care how nice a site looks... if know body can find it ....then it's not being used to it's fullest potential... kind of like having a billboard on the moon. You want your website to work for you! Easy navigation to your voice overs and I also recommend an onsite media player that will stream your files directly. If you need any help with this ... I can point you in the right direction:)
