Rosy, I've been through that. Just send the client a bill. The sales person will hear about that eh? Just insisit to be paid. I've gotten so pissed about it in the past I've had the sales person pull the cash out of his pocket. If the client doesn't pay, he should. Everyone's making money in the deal except you.
