YOu all have so many threads of conversations I always get to read them late.....when you're all gone, and moved on.....and I just discovered there's a place to display our auditions, if we so choose, to get feed back and I am having such a good time listening to all of these good to fabulous takes! WoW.
I need to start doing auditions and posting them. I need to record late at night...in my room...in my room...in my room.... and I am beat by 11 or midnight, so I'm getting a really slow start here. I'll get it together, it's my passion...I must!
Have a great weekend...
Nonie

I am not getting as much sleep as I shoud either. Up 'til 1 or 2 most nights. As you say, it's a passion... and for me an intense desire to succeed at this. I am not usually such a motivated person but this is different.

Sorry I haven't been so involved here lately - too busy with painting, decorating - and, yes, the occasional voice project!

I was fortunate enough to get the 'British' version of the recent Rejection Hotline gig, and, knowing how much of a favourite that audition was with some of you guys and gals, I thought I'd share my take on it. I'm sure some of the others I heard were better, but, hey, no complaints when you get the job!

Really enjoyed your golf piece Colin - sounded like the birds were having a real tweet, too. Smile

Looking forward to hearing your stuff, too, Nonie...

Rjiv... BRAVO.

Reminds me of the voice of the dog owner in "101 Dlamations." I think the character was "Roger."

Sorry, got a kid so I know all the kid's movies.

I must say, I've never seen 101 Dalmatians, but will now make a point of doing so!

Well Colin, congratulations to you. While this new DoD thread was being created, I was in preparations for the family Memorial Day Bar-B-Que. Prepared was Roasted Corn, Italian Sausage, Burgers and Dogs. Taking an opportunity to multi-task, I also gave the 10 year old "Tax Credit" his first chance at mowing the grass. He has obviously not been paying attention.

All and all it was a good day. So much so, I was unable to hang around the laptop waiting for Freddie to create the thread. Also, b/c it was a holiday I was not at work answering "Generic Leads" and reading the voice over Savvy Forums.

Just wait until next week. I will be armed and ready to pounce.
