| When I go to listen to someones demo I cannot hear. It shows they are playing but I can't hear anything. Any solution to this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Peggy

Peggy that can be an issue related to corrupted files in the plug-in, try reinstalling the ¨Flash Player¨, here’s a link:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

I just signed up and had the same problem. So did a friend who checked. I installed the new Flashplayer and it works now, but it's troublesome if prospective clients have the same problem!

| Totally understand your concern, unfortunately this is a normal problem with this kind of plug-ins, the good part is that Voice123 has a specialized customer service team to guide clients when problems like this arise.

Thanks Freddie for the link to flashplayer. I went, I downloaded, I tested to make sure it was downloaded (it was) and I still can't hear demos. Any other thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Peggy

Ok, could you please let us know a little more about the issue, what is it showing? what browser are you using?, are you able to playback any other audio files from your PC?, any other audio related software showing any problems?.

Hi Freddie,
I believe the problem is solved. Discovered over the weekend I was have trouble with my internet. Was fixed this morning and I can now hear downloads. Thank you!!

The Internet may not have had anything to do with it. After posting in this thread I contacted Voice123 support. After a couple of exchanges they realized there was a problem on their end that was causing the problem. They got their web people on it and it was all fixed.
