Hi folks!

It's nice to be here and I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone.

I'm a newbie with a capitol N. When I say newbie, I mean newbie. I've never done any voice work before. I have the gift of gab & it seems like something I'll enjoy so I figured, why not? I already had most of the tools at my disposal & all I needed was a mic.

I'm an uber geek and currently work from home doing computer support. That leaves me with a lot of free time so I may as well put it to some good use. Voice work seems like a lot of fun. Getting paid to talk! Shocked

I talk all day on the phone and barley make enough to live on.

I try to search for answers on my own, but I may ask for help from time to time. One thing that seems to be missing is a newbie guide/FAQ. I may start working on one as I go along to help other newcomers. I'll just keep a list of my questions/problems and the solutions and post them.

I'll try to check out all the forums to get to know the place. And if anyone has any computer questions, drop me a line and I'll do my best to help out.
