HAHAAAAAAAAAAA! I beat Keith to the punch this week. And actually have a demo to post. Can't believe it... I came in at #9 on the responses to this one, which means squatt....
BTW, I got braces last week. Yes braces (on the teeth, not legs!). Let me know if you guys are hearing any change in my delivery. So far I'm struggling with having these things on my teeth.

| Scott there is one thing that I am hearing,I don't know if this is just something funky with my system but your "f's" and "v's" have a little whistle to them. I am at the radio station right now and alot of people use my studio to do production. Someone could have screwed with my settings. But check it out.

I'm kinda noticing the same thing with the v's and c's -- like in the middle where you're saying "receive"... but it's not all the way through.
Scott, I remember braces... oh, that's no fun. I'm actually amazed that they haven't changed your speech. Stock up on Advil or Tylenol... you'll need it after they change wires and crank those suckers. And, when you get them off... well, it's a really weird feeling to feel the slickness of your teeth again.

OK Scott-
What I hear is Pirate Radio. I used to notice it only ocasionally coming from your 1st Premolar, but now that you have had the antenna installed in your mouth, it is pretty consistant. I am not sure how well you will do with the auditions, but I am lovin' the Dylan bootlegs those guys are playing.
OK....trying to be second. I have a terrible sore throat today and didn't sleep well. I think it set me up pretty well for mr raspy guy.

Not all the way through. Just more toward the middle.
Braces are a pain. About a year ago I had my front tooth knocked out....That was HORRIBLE! I was out of recording for a couple of days. What's funny is that even though I am from Texas, I did get it fixed. I had to, it's the only tooth I have. (kidding of course, I have another one in the back.)

James-
Reminds me of my favorite West Virginian joke.
What do you have if you have 32 West Virginians in a room:
A full set of teeth.

Only because I have yet to get the topic notification. I will have my revenge next week. Until then Scott. Until then.

Another favorite of mine in that same vein:
What has twenty legs and fourteen teeth?
The front row at a Willie Nelson concert.

| I was trying to think of the Willie Nelson joke, but I couldn't remember the punchline.

Colin - excellent urgency in your read. You made me take what you were saying very seriously.
George - way to play the part! Guess it's not too hard since you're not feeling well. I thought it was great!
I don't have anything to post yet.
Oh, I did get a TBNT for the "Bally's" read, btw. You know, I heard a Bally's commercial last night on TV - it was a guy - but you know, it gave me an entirely new perspective on that particular read. It was very casual, not salesy at all. Wish I could hear it again, actually.
