Hey everyone, I've been browsing this forum for the past couple months and thought I would introduce myself. I'm a 30 year old guy living on the outskirts of L.A., having been here for 4 years now. I'm originally from NorCal and moved down here for a change in "scenery" as well as to try and get my foot in the door in VO. It wasn't until mid-2006 that I started getting experience in the field (from online gigs). The LA market is really competitive and a hard one to crack but I've learned not to give up and things have really perked up recently. I made my first demo in 2003 and today I re-did my demo; and I included some work that I had done over the past 6 months. I'll post my demo in the voiceover Idol forum, and I would be priviliged to get your critique. I also look forward to chatting with you all here in the future!  |

Pleased to meet you Kasey... I'm in the LA area as well, for about 4 1/2 years. Seems like we're on the same running track!
Maybe the LA folks should have a get together. After the Vegas thingy would be nice. I'd like to hear from those who can make it how it was (out of reach for me this year  )
