Newbie to Forum Attempting First Post From Virginia

Hello one and all. I'm very new to voice123 but have been doing voice overs for years. I just discovered this forum,which is really cool. I'm excited to be able to tap into people who've been doing the voice123 thing successfully. I've got my home studio set up and have answered a few leads to no avail as of yet.

But I must admit I'm a bit puzzled at receiving a recent email from voice123 about SAG looking into people who are signed up as both SAG and non-union on voice123. Are there any SAG/AFTRA members out there on voice123? Or is it mainly a non-union kinda thing? I recently changed from SAG/AFTRA and non-union to just the union designation on my profile, but haven't received any audition notifications since I did that. I'm thinking I should bag any hope of getting union work through voice123 and just go for the non-union work which seems to be in abundance. My theory was that there's plenty of work for areas that arent't covered by SAG or AFTRA such as phone systems, etc.

Any help from anyone out there would be most apprectiated.

Welcome, and wish I could help you with your question. I see a lot of non-union folks in Voice 123, if that helps at all.
