I am going along with the sentiment of having our peers ( I love the thought I would be considered a peer) critique our demos. I believe it serves 2 purposes. 1. Develop a thicker skin. (you really need it in this business)
2. Experienced ears give you feedback on how to improve.

It doesn’t get better than this.

((shaking in my boots))

Alright here it goes. Don't hold back! I need to know what you REALLY! think.

Thanks for your time and comments.

You sound really good, Chris! You've got good energy, some good interpretations, and clever characterizations.

Could a couple of your performances use a little improvement? Yes, I think so. I'd encourage you to hire a coach to help direct your performance. I think that's an important thing to do even if you're a seasoned pro. It always helps to have another experienced talent helping you one-on-one. Think of novelists -- I bet you the bestsellers always have their work read by someone else (probably another bestselling author).

Two heads are better than one.

Thanks a million. Unfortunately I am doing this on a shoestring budget, and finding a Coach could be cost prohibitive. Plus, like many of us trying to segue into this business; time is always against us.

I do appreciate your comments, and welcome others input and advice too.

Chris.
